Our lunch & learn will explore balancing self-advocacy with respect for others. Alan Rasmussen from Encompass Community Supports will use real-world scenarios to explore some very practical techniques for making your voice heard at work, in relationships, and in daily interactions. The Harmonic Egg is a resonance chamber that mimics the natural energies of the universe using sound and light frequencies. Located in the John Marshall building on Waterloo Street in Warrenton, the business fits well in the historic building alongside yoga, art studio, wellness, and mental health providers. Chasey Stults of Settled Space Home Organizing explores the link between mental health and home organizing. Our homes are often a reflection of what’s happening inside us. When life feels overwhelming, our surroundings can become cluttered, chaotic, and difficult to manage. But just because things are messy now, doesn’t mean they have to stay that way. Our living spaces should be places of rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation—a sanctuary from the stresses of the outside world. Read more.
