Join us for a restorative hour of gentle yoga designed to support emotional balance and mental well-being. Chillax blends breath-focused movement, grounding postures, and moments of stillness to calm the nervous system and release stress. In a welcoming, judgment-free space, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your breath, reset your body, and leave feeling refreshed and centered.

About the Instructor:
Natasha is a Functional Holistic Nutritionist, community herbalist, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Yin-Yang Restorative Yoga Teacher. With over 12 years of teaching experience and more than 20 years of personal practice, she brings a heart-centered, grounded approach to every class.
She teaches at Main Street Wellness Yoga Studio and is the founder of Natasha’s Natural Wellness & Herbal Remedies. Her signature class style, Soulful Flow Yoga, is a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative stillness inspired by music, nature, and the chakra system. Each session invites participants to move in a way that feels intuitive and healing.
Natasha’s mission is to help women and families reclaim their health, balance their hormones, and reconnect with their bodies through holistic lifestyle practices, movement, and nutrition.
