Workshop Overview
Join us for a transformative hour of somatic self-soothing designed to foster mental wellbeing through mindful movement practices. "Chillax" combines gentle yoga postures with somatic awareness techniques to help participants reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate a greater sense of emotional balance.

About the Instructor
The workshop is led by Jessica Woelkers, MSW, LCSW, RYT 200, Certified Mindfulness Therapist, and founder of Kind Mom, Inc. a local non-profit committed to normalizing the mental health needs of families. Jessica has been practicing and implementing somatic practices for herself and patients for fifteen years.
